Jesus is not a control freak
Christ never seeks to control our lives, but to empower us to live. This may mean self denial, but it is a self denial we choose, and is not forced upon us for God gave us free will.

On Christmas, we celebrate God became flesh. In other words, Jesus didn’t clothe himself with human form, but He became a human being complete with all its limitations. Why? Because He wanted to raise us up back up to the Father and restore us to what we were created to be, children of God.
The greatest Christmas gifts we can give to one another is love and forgiveness.
Christians should not be afraid to suffer for doing what is right for it is through suffering that were are granted salvation. 2 Timothy 2:1-2 – So, my son, be strong in the grace that Jesus Christ gives.
“To love means loving the unlovable. To forgive means pardoning the unpardonable. Faith means believing the unbelievable. Hope means hoping when everything seems hopeless.” ― G.K. Chesterton
