We as a Christian people cannot separate ourselves from the world and live in our own cocoons. Instead, we must leave our cocoons and like the butterfly witness God’s beauty to the world.
The mass is not just a me and God event. While each of us must open ourselves to the God through word and sacrament, we must also open ourselves to the presence of Christ in one another.
Faith is never static. Either we are moving closer to God or away from God. Deep within our core is the desire to be one with our Creator. However, there will arise roadblocks that hinder our progress. We can give up, and go through life trying to fill that desire with other things that never …
